About This Page

This page is for users of the Flat Haito mobile app (available on Android via Google Play and direct APK download). If you have an account registered with Flat Haito — either as a Property Owner or as a Tenant — you can use this form to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

This page is publicly accessible. You do not need to be logged in to submit a deletion request — we understand you may have lost access to your account.

How to Request Deletion

Simply fill out the form below. We will verify your identity using the mobile number linked to your account and process your request.

Fill the form — Enter your registered mobile number, name, and reason for deletion. No OTP or login is required to submit.

We verify — Our team will confirm your identity by cross-checking the mobile number with our records. We may send you a one-time confirmation SMS.

Data is deleted — Upon verification, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 working days.

Confirmation — You will receive an SMS confirmation on your registered mobile number once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:

  • Your account profile — name, email address, mobile number
  • Your Property Owner or Tenant record
  • All property listings you created (Lead records and Property Units)
  • All property visit bookings made by or for you
  • Your wishlist / saved properties
  • All photos and files you uploaded to the platform
  • Your login session data and OTP history
  • Any push notification tokens linked to your account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Any active property listings will be removed immediately and tenants who have saved them will lose access.

What May Be Retained

In certain limited circumstances, some data may be retained even after account deletion. This is done solely to comply with legal or regulatory obligations:

  • Anonymised analytics data — aggregate usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you personally (e.g., total visits, total listings) may be retained for up to 2 years.
  • Transaction records — if you made any payments or subscriptions, minimal financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required under Indian tax and accounting regulations (GST Act).
  • Legal hold data — if your account is subject to an ongoing legal dispute, fraud investigation, or court order at the time of the deletion request, the relevant data may be retained until the matter is resolved.
  • Aggregated, non-personal logs — server-side access logs (containing IP addresses) may be retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, after which they are automatically purged.
All retained data is stored securely, accessed only when legally required, and is never used for marketing or shared with third parties.

Processing Timeline

Here is what happens after you submit your deletion request:

Within 24 hours We acknowledge your request via SMS to your registered mobile number.
Within 3–5 working days Our team verifies your identity and confirms the account match.
Within 30 working days Your account and all deletable data are permanently removed from our systems.
Deletion confirmed You receive an SMS confirmation that your data has been deleted.
